House of the Young is ideally situated on the foreshore of Emu Bay, with sensational ocean views overlooking the jetty and beyond.

This modern contemporary home is suitable for all the family, quite and child proof with a lot of space for play. What a place to relax with all home comforts!

Take in the stunning uninterrupted sea views from the large deck that runs along the front of the home. You will see the local fisherman head out for their prized catch of King George Whiting as they launch from the boat ramp below, or you may even like to fish from the jetty yourself for a squid or two. A morning walk is the best way to start the day along the 4km beautiful white sandy beach laid out in front of you.

Lunch and evening meals can be enjoyed from the large deck or the undercover BBQ area idea for entertaining the whole family. You will fall in love with the amazing sunsets and rises from the head land across the bay.
