The home offers three bedrooms, bathroom and two separate living areas. The north facing expansive deck offers protection and outdoor living space with exceptional views.

Dune Castle abuts a coastal protection area providing privacy for residents while maintaining the integrity of the sand hills and their natural flora and fauna. At some times of the year the local penguins take refuge in the sand hills surrounding the property and it is for this reason we stress absolutely no pets.
