Lovely three bedroom family home, renovated and is walking distance to the Lake, Recreation Club and Elizabeth Beach.
Features: Split level living area with combustion fire, TV DVD. New kitchen with S/Steel appliances including dishwasher. Laundry has washing machine dryer and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom also has a queen bed, third bedroom has 2 king singles. All bedrooms have builtins. The main bathroom has a sunken bath as well as a shower. The family room also has TV and DVD. The dining room opens out onto the back verandah - ideal for the family BBQ in the landscaped rear yard. Carport available for parking. NO PETS ALLOWED
