Walk out back door to beautiful waterfront. Fish at backdoor.
Beautiful water views from Master bedroom with private balcony. 2ks from beach. 2 pools 1 heated, tennis court and spa, just across from townhouse. Everything close for easy access.

Dining inside or alfresco , with private outside garden entertaining over looking waterfront.gourmet kitchen, fully tiled downstairs, 2nd toilet. 3 bedrooms ; Extra Large Main with QS bed, 2nd Bedroom : Double Bed , 3rd Bedroom ; 2 singles. Private laundry .facilities. air con x2. Private remote control lock up garage and extra parking available.

A pleasant 3 min Walk to Major shopping centre and Transport.
