Holiday house
Jay Jays beach house is situated in a prime location in Edithburgh. OHalloran Parade is Edithburghs Esplanade and Jay Jays offers the most magnificent sea views. A very short walk of approximately metres will take you either directly to the salt water tidal swimming pool or the jetty, main street, cafe hotels. The house features three bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 guests and has ducted reverse cyce air-conditioning for year round comfort, the lounge/dining area along with the superb views includes a TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need on holidays. Outside there is a gas BBQ, outdoor setting and fish cleaning facilities. The back yard is fully fenced with easy street access to secure your cars and boat whilst the enclosed verandah is ideal for the secure storage of fishing and scuba diving gear.
