With spectacular Murray River views and only being minutes from town this truly is a unique property. Located on the waters edge this property is perfect for all occasions and large enough to cater for any family. With four generous size bedrooms, two bathrooms, rumpus, formal lounge & dining, open kitchen mealsliving room, and a third living area there is room for the parents to relax while the kids play. For those who enjoy skiing and fishing there is a private pontoon on the river with an outdoor setting on the bank. This stunning property also has an enclosed solar heated pool. With ability to sleep 10-12 people, this property is just right to get away with your friends and family.
NB: The garage is not included with the house. There is plenty of parking space though but none undercover.
