"All The Rivers” is a 4.5 Star, 3 bedroom FSC house. Facilities: Bedroom 1 - QS, Bedroom 2 - QS, Bedroom 3 - Two single beds. The bathroom has a corner double spa. The lounge is spacious & includes a gas log fire complete with a Red Gum Mantelpiece. Outside there is a large landscaped undercover patio/Bbq area.
"Rivers Run" is a 2 bedroom luxury cottage with bush views. Facilities: Bedroom 1 - QS bed, Bedroom 2 - Two King Singles that convert to a King Size bed, Sunroom - Fold out Double Sofa bed. The bathroom has a single spa bath. The front of the cottage is decked, creating an outdoor entertaining area which looks out onto Red Gum Forest. Bushwalks start at the front gate.
Both cottages are tastefully decorated with an Echuca-Moama atmosphere – Handcrafted Red Gum furnishings and photography of the local area. They have TV, DVD & VCR, Cd player, an extensive selection of DVDS, CDs, games, books & magazines to all suit all ages. The kitchens have a large fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher & a large range of cooking utensils. Both cottages have an ensuite off the master bedroom & a separate bathroom. There is a laundry with washing machine & dryer. Tariffs for "All The Rivers & "Rivers Run" are based on the number and ages of the guests.

All properties supply linen & towels. They all have rear yards that are fully enclosed, making them safe for children & dogs.
Pet Policy: Well behaved small to medium dogs are allowed inside at “All The Rivers” & “Rivers Run”. Outside dogs are NOT permitted at "Rivers Run". Dogs must NOT bark excessively.

"All The Rivers" is located at 63 Mitchell Street Echuca, 900m SE of the Echuca Post Office. It is located in a quiet residential street in an older area of Echuca; it has many restored heritage homes in the vicinity - making it a very nice area to stay. It is close enough to attractions and Echuca’s shopping centre to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Echuca's shopping centre. It is located within a 1 to 1.5km radius of all of the main attractions and facilities. A children's playground is only a few blocks away. It is only a 2 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp. If you wish to exercise your dog, a fully fenced, dog friendly, off-lead area is only 3 blocks away.

"Rivers Run" is located at 51 Moama Street Echuca, 1.5km East of Echuca’s Post Office. It looks out onto the Banyula State Forest. The Murray River is only a 5 minute walk away. Bush walks and bike tracks start at the front gate. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful location. Plus it is only 1.5kms to Echuca's shopping centre, well within easy walking distance. It is only a 1 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp. “Rivers Run” is located within a 1 to 2km radius of all of the main attractions and facilities.

"All The Rivers": Sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. A Queen with ensuite, Queen, Two Singles in the 3rd bedroom & Two Single Foldout beds on request for use in the lounge area.
“Rivers Run”: Sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a Sunroom. Queen with ensuite, Two King Singles which can convert to a King Size bed & a Double pullout innerspring sofa in the Sunroom.
“All The Rivers” & “Rivers Run”: A portacot is available. They also have a separate bathroom & toilet as well as the ensuite (Shower, Vanity and Toilet) off the master bedrooms, would suit 2 couples. “All The Rivers” Bathroom: Shower over a Corner Double Spa-bath and Vanity. “Rivers Run” Bathroom: Shower over Single Spa-bath and Vanity.
