2 Bedroom self contained cottage close to CBD, Murray River and Historic Port Precinct. Walk to the local shop (just around the corner) or take a leisurely stroll (10 mins.) to either of two local pubs for dinner. Soak up the simple luxury of the cottage where comfort is number one. Your home away from home is beautifully furnished and provides the ideal base to explore Echuca. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. while the large spa in the bathroom means you can relax after a hard day. Enjoy the garden atmosphere while finishing your perfect day with a BBQ.

5 out of 5 : What a find. Paringa cottage was the perfect home away from home for a much needed holiday. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is exactly like the pictures. Only 10 minutes walk from local Echuca east shops and pubs and 15 minutes to Echuca's CBD.
A milk bar is located just around the corner to get the daily paper, milk, bread etc. Another 2 milk bars and a fish and chips shop are located only 10-15 minutes walk away.
Only 5 minutes drive to the Echuca Village boat ramp or the Echuca boat ramp.

A 10-15 minute walk to the Echuca Railway Station. The local bus service drops off within a few hundred metres or closer to the front door for travel around the town and the local clubs operate an ordered free pick up and drop off service to their patrons.

We welcome ALL guests. The property is private although not what I would term secluded. We feel anyone wanting to get away would feel welcome at our property. We will do our utmost to make your stay pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable.

Echuca is well known as one of the top 10 tourist and heritage areas in Australia. We boast the oldest working paddle steamer in the world, the largest inland port in the world and an array of heritage places to visit. Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that if they are effect our neighbours with barking or the like then we will call you to take immediate care of them. We have a small secure back yard of approximately 6Mx7M plus access to the side rear gate area for your pet. We only allow house trained dogs or cats inside. All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and we provide equipment for you to do so.

Wake boarding / water skiing

Our property is only 1.5 km from the Mighty Murray River and a 5 minute drive to the closest boat ramp at Echuca East. It is a 10 minute drive to the Echuca boat ramp. Although we do not have equipment onsite for hire World Champion Brett Sands Water Ski School does only 15 minutes drive away. The area we are in is quite good so your boat could be parked out the front of the property and depending on it's size may fit under our large carport.
