This holiday house has a contemporary design with stylish features inclusive -
6 person spa on the deck overlooking the Marina - Private Pool - terrace outdoor entertaining area's with BBQ.
This property is facilitated with 3 Queen size beds. Your own private solar heated pool area downstairs - 2 Queen beds upstairs leading into a open plan living and kitchen area facing a large terranced entertaing area upstairs. Fully equipt kitchen with Smeg appliances, microwave, dishwasher. Dining seating for eight people. Full size flat screen television in living area, Duct Air conditioning and heating. Full access to all facilities including Tennis Court, Large central pool and Marina Facilities. Hotel, Restaurant. Boat parking and boat ramp are all available nearby.

Dads Birthday was a huge hit, kids loved the Spa and pool,the kids slept well , we loved the relaxation, weather was great.
Just letting you know what a great place.

Locality

Unit 2 is located 18km's from Echuca at Deep Creek Marina right on the Murray River. Cross the Echuca Moama bridge, straight ahead, turn left at Safeways, straight ahead to Deep Creek. .The Marina's facilties are a Hotel and small suppermarket,- petrol , ice etc, boat ramp all 2min walk from the property. Less than 18km is all local clubs - RSL - Rich River Golf Club- Morrisons Winery and a visit to Echuca Moama's shopping centre or local attractions.
