Holiday house

"Marnigusta " is located at 97 Hovell Street Echuca, approx 1 KM from the main shopping strip.
It is on the East side of Echuca, in a quiet residential Street.
Boat ramp is within minutes of the house.
Also an area for walking dogs is close by.
Features of the house:
" Marnigusta " is a fully self contained 3 bedroom house.
Bedroom 1: QS bed, Bed 2: QS bed, Bed 3 : Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single on the top.
Maximum 7 guest.
The lounge is cosy and equipped with TV, DVD, AND CD Player, there is a great range of DVD'S and a few CD and magazines.
The Kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a good amount of cooking utensiles.
Outdoor entertainment :
Has undercover table and chairs, also wicker lounge chairs and coffee table ready for that relaxing drink after a day out on the town.
There is a great BBQ.
The house would be suitable for that romantic weekend getaway, or for the whole family to have a great relaxing holiday.
The house block is fully fenced and has a large back yard for the car or boat to be parked in of the street, there is a height restriction on the gate, so you will need to check the height if you have a high boat.

Small to Medium well trained dogs are allowed.
All bed linen is supplied, Doonas, spare blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, bath mat.
There is also a hair dryer availiable.
Base price is for the first couple.
