ECHUCA GARDENS GYPSY WAGONS; Constructed with guidance from Heritage Victoria, the wagons are a unique reproduction of travelling gypsy wagons in the late 19th century. Historical accuracy does not stand in the way of 21st century luxury though.
Ascend the stairs to the kitchenette/dining/entertaiment area-all well equiped. Follow through to the plush double bedroom with "grandma's high bed" and velvet and lace drapes. A full ensuite is attached for your convenience.

ECHUCA GARDENS GUESTHOUSE;
Located within the host's home (but separate with own private entry), the guesthouse comprises 2 double bedded ensuite rooms, each with their own balcony overlooking the gardens. Own private kitchenette for meal preparation, with outdoor sheltered dining or tables in the gardens.

ECHUCA GARDENS COTTAGE
The self contained accommodation is a 140 year old, fully restored Victorian timber cutters cottage. Operating primarily as a 10 bed YHA Hostel, it can be booked for exclusive use by families and small groups operating on a cost effective budget.

High pressed metal ceilings compliment the polished floors. It has 3 bedrooms (2x4 bunk rooms plus small double), wood fires, fully equiped kitchen, separate lounge and dining area, laundry and two bathrooms.

All accommodations aresurrounded by gardens and murals and within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre.

1) The dog does not disturb other guests
2) The owner accepts full control and
costs if any damage is incurred.

Due to council regulations, there is a limit of one pet per unit (unless prior permission from the owner/manager). Due to space limitation, only smaller pets are allowed in the gypsy wagon units.
The property has a fully enclosed yard and adjoins 1400 acres of state forest (leading to the river and historic port) - ideal for "Fido"
The owner/manager has a resident 2yrs old VERY friendly German Shepherd.
