Located in the historic Port Precinct is this renovated three bedroom home that makes hassle free getaways for family and friends sooooo easy!
Situated just 50 metres from the mighty Murray River, you will awake to the sounds of boats, birds and people out for morning strolls around the Scenic Drive - join them or sit on the verandah and enjoy a steaming cup of coffee awaiting the days activities ahead!
The home comprises of three bedrooms, a parents retreat, large living space with reading nook plus, kitchen with walk in pantry, rustic bathroom plus heating and cooling.
Undercover paved entertainment area is a great place to enjoy a few beers, wines and plenty of laughs as you unwind to enjoy what this wonderful location has to offer!
Additional guests can stay in the fully self contained bungalow that sleeps three people - comprising of bathroom, cooking facilities, fridge and microwave with heating and cooling - a great way for everyone to enjoy with plenty of room to move! The bungalow is available for an extra charge of $ per night.
At night stroll down to the array of fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs that come alive as dusk falls or grab a drink and stroll along the river banks before heading home to enjoy a BBQ fit for a king - (you are in charge!)
Close to parks, footy ground and public boat ramp there is plenty of opportunity to exert some energy without packing the car and travelling miles - the kids will love it!
