Situated in a quiet cul de sac, this 3 bedroom Villa is just a 2 minute drive to Macquarie University. The Macquarie Technology Park and Macquarie Shopping Centre are a 3 minute drive. Homebush Olympic Park is a 10 minute drive.

This modern brick Villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) Ensuite to main bedroom plus a full bathroom with separate bath and shower. Large open plan living room with digital flat screen TV. Dining area seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped with granite benchtops, dishwasher, microwave and cuppacino machine. Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer. Reverse cycle airconditing. All living areas have ceramic tiled floors. Sunny paved courtyard with outdoor furniture, single garage with internal access and remote controlled door.

Located on bus route to Macquarie Centre, City, Chatswood, Auburn and Parramatta. The Eastwood Railway Station services all stations tofrom City and Newcastle. The Macquarie Shopping Centre is a major retail outlet and has Cinemas and Ice Rink. The Macquarie Technology Park is "Australia's Silicon Valley". Award winning restaurant strip is a 5 ninute walk and Curzon Hall is a 10 minute walk.

The fully furnished Villa is suitable for singles or families to stay during short terrm interstate or overseas transfers, University course, visit to Olympic Park, Curzon Hall Reception Centre or visiting family. During alterations to your home this is an ideal place to stay. State and Catholic schools are located nearby.
