Self-contained apartment

Apartment is maintained in top condition and has quality furnishings. It is well equipped, has security entrance, secure access to lift, secure basement parking, access to outdoor pool, gymn facilities and sauna. Basic pantry items supplied. The proximity to train, tram, shops, parks and many facilities all contibute to a wonderful holiday. Adjacent to 7-11, chemist, post office, library, patisserie, restaurants, gourmet food and wine takeaway. Please phone for quicker response.

Locality

East Melbourne is one of Melbourne's most charming and sought after residential areas, only a few minutes from the city itself, through the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens. It is a comfortable walking distance from marvellous Bridge Road shopping, Melbourne's main galleries, Concert Hall, Arts Centre, Southbank, Botanical Gardens and Yarra River as well as Tennis Centre and MCG. The train at the front door will deliver you to surburban and regional areas and Flemington Race Course.
