"The Greenridge" offers very spacious living and great value, only 20 minutes from the City, easy access to the Yarra Valley wineries and all the great shopping and facilities the eastern suburbs have to offer.
Great for couples, families, even two families !!.
The 6 (yes six) bedroom residence is uniquely zoned with the Master Suite (with parents retreat and ensuite) downstairs along with 1 other bedroom, the remaining 4 bedrooms (including a double bedroom) are all upstairs with their own bathroom and a huge rumpus / easy living area, complete with huge 68cm TV DVD/video etc.
