For those who love the outdoors,this is the place for you! Surfing, fishing bushwalking, kayaking, swimming and bikeriding, you will find yourself in the pristine family-friendly environment of South Durras.'Treetops' is a 5 min walk away from the beach and set in a quiet and very private location. The house is tastefully decorated and very well-equipped allowing for easy BBQs or amazing gastronomic cook-ups. You will find a vast array of books, CDs, DVDs and games to enjoy. Brilliant in all seasons - winter by the fire, summer at the sea!

Locality

The South Coast has much to offer - no high rises and ugly sky scrapers - many beautiful beaches, fishing spots, galleries, some magnificent restaurants and quaint crafty towns. There is the Zoo at Mogo and all the offings of outdoor entertainment - kayaking, whale watching, fishing, swimming, surfing etc in abundance. Only 2 hours from Canberra and a 4 hour trip from Sydney - well worth the experience and an area you'll come back to time and time again.

Property

'Treetops' is a wooden cabin with 3 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a set of bunks. A spacious verandah with market umbrella and large timber outdoor setting is easily accessed from the kitchen/family room. There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Every effort has been made to ensure the provision of quality beds, lounges and kitchen equipment. Set in a large tropical garden, the property beautifully positioned to enjoy the outdoors.

Our house is secluded and very private. It is surrounded by pristine bushland but set in a tropical garden. In winter the warmth and cosiness of a fire in addition to a well-equipped kitchen for cooking up a gastronomic storm, allows for a relaxed and romantic get-away. Good books, CDs and DVDs are provided. Summertime is perfect at Treetops with the beach close by and a spacious verandah to relax on and watch the brilliant birdlife.

Family Friendly

'Treetops' is particularly suitable for children over the age of 5 and young teenagers. The downstairs rumpus room with bathroom attached is accessed by an outside staircase which allows children a sense of independence and gives parents some space of their own. There is a good selection of toys (Duplo, Lego), DVDs, puzzles and books plus buckets and spades, hoolahoop, foozball, bikes and scooters. A fabulous family holiday house!
