This private property is nestled in country club Dunsborough and has been beautifully refurbished for your 'down south' holiday treat. Get the best of both worlds - luxuriously appointed, rammed earth & timber four bedroom, three bathroom 2 storey home that oozes character, with a modern touch & all the creature comforts. Set in a tree lined country garden with peace & tranquillity to unwind & relax. Enjoy the large all weather alfresco area with gas BBQ great for both summer and winter casual dining.

Only minutes from Dunsborough's pristine sandy beaches, golf courses & the town centre's shops & restaurants.

The property has two spacious living areas(upstairs & downstairs) both with LCD televisions, music & DVD, gourmet kitchen downstairs & a kitchenette upstairs, separate laundry. This property is suited for 3 or 4 couples or families. With the famous Margaret River wineries close by this is the perfect base to explore the region & enjoy your holiday.

Tea/coffee is available to quench your thirst on arrival & later maybe enjoy a bottle of chilled Margaret River wine!

We recently had our grandsons Wedding at The Water Shed Vineyard in Margaret River and our extended family stayed at "Time-Out" it was a great place to stay, the lay-out gave everyone lots of space and privacy with ages ranging from 3 to 85 everyone was catered for, Time-out is extremely well equipped and had a wonderful welcoming atmosphere.
