Set in the tranquil heart of Old Dunsborough, just a stones throw from the Meelup reserve and a short walk from local beaches, 'The Cottage' will ensure that your next getaway is unforgettable.
Dunsborough, situated at the top of the Margaret River wine region, is the best place to relax and unwind away from the world. Old Dunsborough is the 'Best of the Best!' Keep away from the crowds in town and enjoy the tranquil bushwalks and peaceful beaches in this beautiful part of the world. You will not be disappointed!

As you first enter 'The Cottage' you will notice how the natural light floods the large upstairs living area with an amazing view making you instantly feel the stress melt away. 'The Cottage' provides that 'home away from home' and allows the whole family to relax and settle in with ease. Large, north facing windows allow the kitchen and living area to receive the warmth of the sun in winter. The outside large balcony overlooks the backyard and the views continue all the way to the picturesque Geographe Bay, allows for easy entertaining with friends and family. Enjoy some of the local delights or a wonderful wine from one of the areas many wineries.

Upstairs has a master bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a second bathroom; all bedrooms are comfortably finished and perfect for relaxing and replenishing after long days at the beach or exploring the region.

Everything in this property is designed to allow you to wind down as soon as you walk in the door! With a fantastic games room for the children or the young at heart, this property surely caters for everyone.
