Holiday house

The Marri is a very spacious home with open plan living areas.
Beautifully interior decorated with modern flair.
This 5 bedroomed, 2 bathroom home is perfect for large groups (Sleeps 10), that wish for close proximity to the town and the beach. The house is luxuriously appointed with many extra creature comforts, including halogen downlights on dimmers, DVD/Video, large 80cm stereo TV, stereo system with cd, reverse cycle heating/cooling and heated bathrooms.
Our huge living area features a generously sized Microsuede modular with chaise, so everyone can relax in style.
The large modern kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and contains many little extras, including a dishwasher.
We have much more than the basic requirements needed to entertain in style.
Our bedrooms are comprised ofMaster with ensuite & QS bed, bedroom 2&3 have QS beds,bedroom 4 has 2 King single beds, and bedroom 5 has a QS bed. Most windows have a few to out landscaped gardens.
Our paved outdoor entertaining area has a modern 10 seater outdoor setting and is shaded by large sails.There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower to wash off from the beach.
Complimentary tea/coffee is available to parch your thirst upon arrival and later enjoy with our compliments a chilled bottle of local WA wine.

Local attractions, apart from the many glorious swimming and surfing beaches along the Cape Naturaliste coast,include numerous award winning wineries , art/craft galleries, several breweries as well as the Margaret River chocolate factory, Fonti farm cheeses & yoghurts (Home of the best milkshakes in the southwest)
Many recreational sports are available from Dunsborough including scuba diving, surf cat hire, surfing school,golfing, fishing charters,archery,caving,horse riding,and whale watching (Seasonal) to name a few.
