Holiday house

Located 500m from Old Dunsborough beach this two story beach house is couple or family friendly. Great for a wine on the balcony on the sunlounges or a barbecue among the trees and birds. In winter enjoy the cosy couch, wooden floor boards and log fire and watch the Fox. Leave your pets in the secured fenced area while you visit the sites. Very comfortable living with kitchen, lounge, and 2 bedrooms upstairs; games room, laundry, toilet, bathroom, and bedroom (with 3 single beds) downstairs. Large property with plenty of room for cars, a boat or caravan to be parked in the yard. Right next door to the Dunsborough Country Club if you want to drop in for a bowl or a drink. Tennis court hire and golf couse hire through the Country/Lawn Bowls Club - all faciltities across the road.
Walk 2km into town to shop for clothes, shoes, surf, art, houseware, children wears/toys, coles, bakeries, etc. Or to various restaurants and 2 wine bars or Stay in for home delivery pizza. 3 minute walking distance for a massage. Great childrens playground across the road at the school, or 8 minute walk to the beach playground. See rabbits on the property or kangaroos at the golf course.
Toilet is downstairs, so might not be suited for the elderley or people with very small children. However, we stay there with our baby and 2.5 year old.

Our property is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beautiful protected Old Dunsborough Beach.

Family Friendly

Please note there are stairs to the bathroom which is located downstairs. This is secured by a wooden sliding door only. And the house has a balcony not secure for small children to be unsupervised.

Fishing

Fishing spots available nearby, Boatramp within 5 minute drive, Boat storage/parking available onsite.

Property is large enough to park a sizeable boat. Boat ramp is 700m down the road.

Golf

Golf course located nearby.

Lawn Bowling Club, Tennis Courts and Gold Course located across the road.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided.

Small dogs are allowed inside the property - but not on the couches or beds. Larger dogs are also welcome but are only allowed downstairs. We have a secure outdoor play area.
