Holiday house

Imagine it!5 mins walk to town or to the beach! This luxury, large, just newly-redecorated, modern home is perfect for your next family holiday Down South.
This propertyis characterised by very spacious living areas and upsized bedrooms, beautifully interior decorated with modern flair. This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for large groups (sleeps 10), that wish for close proximity to the town and the beach. The house is luxuriously appointed with many extra creature comforts, including halogen downlights on dimmers, DVDVideo, large 80cm Stereo TV, stereo system with CD, reverse cycle heatingcooling and heated bathrooms.
Our huge living area features a generously sized Microsuede modular with chaise, so everyone can relax in style.
The large modern kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and contains many little extras, including a dishwasher, to make your holiday that bit more relaxing and enjoyable. We have much more than the basic requirements needed to entertain in style.
Our bedrooms are comprised of modern furniture with high quality mattresses and bedding for your sleeping comfort. Linen IS included. Most windows have a view to our newly landscaped gardens. Bedroom 1 (Master) has a QS bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have QS beds, Bedroom 4 has 2 king single beds (which when pushed together form a king size bed) and Bedroom 5 has a QS bed.
Our paved outdoor entertaining area has a modern 10 seater outdoor setting and is shaded by large sails. There is also an outside hotcold shower to wash off from the beach.
Complimentary teacoffee is available to parch your thirst upon arrival and later enjoy with our compliments a chilled bottle of local Margaret River wine !!

NOTE : Bookings for Easter and Weekends preceding a Public Holiday Monday are 3 nights minimum. Tariff for Easter and Xmasto New Year is $450nt or $2600wk. Tariff for Public Holiday WE is $300nt.
