Cottage, Holiday house

This fully self - contained cottage sleeps 8 and is ideal for 1-3 couples or families. It has everything you require for a relaxing getaway.

The cottage has an open-plan lounge and dining area with a Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioner, lovely log fire and a fully equipped kitchen. (wood is supplied)

The laundry has a washer and dryer.
Two of the bedrooms have built in robes. Doonas and pillows are on all beds but guests supply their own towels and bedlinen.
(Linen is available for hire if required)
Electric blankets are provided in winter.

There is one bathroom(recently renovated) and toilet. The large, outside refurbished building is fully lined and carpeted, has four single beds and makes a great area for children.

Portacot and high chair supplied.

The back yard is a large, fully enclosed area - a great location for the for children to play and a safe area for the family pet. It has many shady trees and a covered, enclosed patio area for enjoying relaxed, no fuss entertaining. This is great house for all seasons.

Parking is down a long driveway at the side of the cottage and there is ample room for your boat.

It is perfectly located, only minutes from both beaches, shops, bakeries and is a short driving distance from award winning wineries.

Pets are permitted by arrangement with owner.

"We found Peron Cottage very comfortable and cool in the hot weather. We enjoyed the outdoor undercover area and spend a lot of time socialising oustide. The cottage was well stocked and the large room out the back was fantastic for the kids. Back yard was shady and spacious, the dogs loved it too and walking distance to Geographe Bay. We have booked again - Fantastic!"

Rooms and rates

Our weekly rate varies from $575 in winter to $1490 in the summer Christmas holidays. We usually have winter and last minute specials. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights except in the
Christmas holidays when there is usually a minimum 7 night booking. The nightly rate varies from $140 in winter to $150 in summer. There is a cleaner/caretaker fee of $120. All rates are negotiable !
