Holiday house

Only a short stroll to Dunsborough town centre and just over 5 minutes walk from the beach, this light and cosy holiday house is in a great location to allow you to make the most of all that's great about the South West of WA.

Ned's Place features an open-plan living and dining area; a covered outdoor entertaining area and fenced back garden; plus a 2 car remote controlled garage. The kitchen has everything you could need and also includes basic pantry items. Ned's Place sleeps a maximum of 8 people and has 3 bedrooms (with an optional 4th in the reception room) and 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite (with shower and toilet); separate toilet; and bath plus shower in the main bathroom). There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, with walk-in robes and ensuite; followed by a single bunk and single trundle bed in the next bedroom. The third bedroom holds a double bed and the reception room a single daybed. All linen and bathmats are provided (according to the number of guests), you just need to bring towels. Cleaning is included in the prices quoted.

Ned's Place is opposite a park on a quiet, tree-laden no through road, yet is still close to the local public transport routes, as well as all of the nearby amenities and attractions, including Australia's premium wine growing region and some of the best beaches in the state! Ned's place is suitable for families, singles and pet-lovers alike and is sure to be your home away from home. Pets are welcome and infants and children can be suitably catered for. Affordable; fully equipped and serviced; newly furnished and decorated, this Dunsborough holiday house is the one to rent!
