An inviting and relaxed beachouse, moments from the beautiful waters of Geographe Bay.

Overlooking a lush green park, with glimpses of the Ocean through the peppermint trees,this property is surrounded by enchanting gardens and undercover patio's perfect for entertaining.

There is a Limestone pathway for easy access to the beach & also opposite is a sealed bike path meandering along the foreshore. The children's Playground is a 1 min skip away, and town is a 15 min stroll to Dunsborough shops and cafe's.

This pleasant single level home is perfect for families and comfortably sleeps ten. The bedroom configuration has the main bedroom with a King size bed. There is also a separate entry garden bedroom with a King size bed. The 3rd room has a queen size bed, and the 4th room or 'kids' room has 2 king size beds, a single bed and a trundle. It's spacious and the comfortable interior is designed to fit up to ten guests, with wide screen Digital TV and wood-heater pot belly to keep you comfortable all year round.

The homes kitchen is well stocked for all types of entertaining and includes a brand new electric oven. Some 'extra' facilities BeachScapes offers include huge lockable back yard, 8 seater outdoor setting, gas BBQ, hammock, cricket set, kids board games, undercover garage with electric roller door and a extra drinks fridge.

When you've worked up an appetite, there are plenty of award winning wineries & restaurants to indulge in, choosing a Skipper can be as easy as booking one of the many tours on hand. The many galleries & artisans in the area really show what this area is about. Christian Fletcher- Photo Images, truly captures the natural beauty there is in this area, inspiring you to get out there amongst it, to the exquisite jewelry of Johnny Miller & the pottery at Happs Winery & so much in between. Children don't miss out & that's for sure. From Simmos ice-cream, Naturaliste Reptile Park ,Yallingup Shearing Shed, Ngilgi Cave, Country Life Farm. We're just scratching the surface.
