All you wake up to in the mornings is the sound of the birds chirping and maybe the horses calling each other (no through road so traffic noise).
Anniebrook Lodge is situated on the property to give absolute privacy, peace and quiet being ideal for anyone who wants to totally chill out from the hustle and bustle of the busy city life.

The advantage of this beautiful secluded quiet rural property is that less than 5 minutes away are beautiful white sandy beaches which are very popular for fishing and crabbing.
Less than 10 minutes away there are many award winning Wineries all having excellent restaurants that are easily accessable along the Vasse Yallingup Siding Road.

For those who do not wish to drink and drive Dunsborough does have an extremely good taxi service.

Both front and back there are large outdoor living areas where one can barbecue or relax while watching the horses frolic in the afternoons and of course see the odd Kangaroo bounding through the fields.
From Anniebrook Lodge one can be Wining, Dining, Shopping, Fishing or Crabbing, Bush Walking (the Cape Walk), Scuba Diving etc., etc. all within a 10 minute drive.
Also there is the Drive In Movies.
Anniebrook Lodge is a treat in the Autumn and Winter as the fields are lush and green surrounded with ancient Blackbutt, Redgum, Victorian River Gums and Peppermint trees.
Anniebrook Lodge is central to Dunsborough, Margaret River and Busselton.
It is extremely suitable for anyone wanting to indulge in wine tasting, fine dining or just site seeing
For the more energetic person there is: bush walking, riding ,scuba diving and the many breathtaking caves to explore.
