The tiny settlement of Dundee Beach is a popular weekend destination for Darwin locals, where many own a 'beach shack'. It lies approximately 120 kilometers South West of Darwin. Fishing, boating and long walks along the beach at sunset are among the activities to enjoy.
You are a short distance from the boat launching area, into one of the Northern Territory's best and most prestige fishing spots. Bring the family and or your friends and enjoy the tranquility of your own private secluded holiday retreat, the property is one that will appeal to a broad spectrum of people.
Escaping from the reality of everyday life, you can forget work as you enjoy the wonders of outdoor life amongst the open sky at night.
The Bali influenced house has all you will require, from a well equipped kitchen to a flat screen television, DVD / CD player, DVDS, CDS, stereo system all quality bedding and linen supplied, (2 x queen beds, set of bunks, 2 x single beds & 1 x queen air mattress), washing machine and freezer on site, bring your esky for drinks! a start up kit is included on arrival.As well as being a step off point for some of the best fishing spots in Northern Australia. The property offers a competition size tennis court, all equipment supplied, plunge pool / spa, direct beach access, boat and car parking
The plunge pool/spa will help you while away the hours and / or cool off after an exhilarating game of tennis, a day on the water or a walk along the beach. Lay back and enjoy the view over the water to the sunset beyond.

MakillHouse is ideally suited as it is beachfront and not a deep water beach. Sand and rock cliff directly out front for swimming (betweenApril and September). Plenty of beaches to explore, some of which you will be the only person for miles. A vehicle to drive on the beach is recommended to explore.
