Holiday house

Grasstrees is a delightful 3 bedroom beachhouse all on ONE level with two decks, one overlooking the bush. In a very quiet and tranquil private estate, just a short walk to an uncrowded surf beach with a safe swimming river beach nearby. LINEN PROVIDED.

Quiet gated estate 220m to beach. Foxtel, child friendly. W'chairs OK.

All on one level, no stairs (ex to Laundry below), ramp access, undercover parking, Weber BBQ, large 42in. TV & DVDCD player. Very comfy Queen size beds, afternoon sun. Very tranquil location. Suit families or couple(s) seeking a peaceful escape. No through traffic in street, perfect for children and bikes. Ramp to front door access for wheelchairs.

- New 4 lane freeway opened mid 2010
- A few minutes from Laurieton town and 40 mins to Port Macquarie or Taree.
- SouthDunbogan Beach is a stunning almost deserted surf beach. Access through a private estate walkway. Note it is not patrolled but ...

- Hang Gliders. Great for hang-gliding at north brother mountain.
