These full sized SELF CONTAINED APARTMENTS and TOWNHOUSES contain 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms (some with bath) and laundries and a comfortable and relaxing lounge and dining area. They all have reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. The 2 storey townhouses also have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms & a second split system air conditioner in the master bedroom. They both have Off street parking and private grounds. The townhouses have a fully fenced rear garden. The locations, ensure a quiet and relaxed stay.
They are ideal for families, couples or small groups who prefer a more spacious and relaxed accommodation style.
LocalityLocation 1: -The Goode Times Apartments are located in Goode St, South Dubbo just one block from Cobra St which leads to the CBD (Old Dubbo Goal) to the Orana Shopping Mall and Japanese Gardens. It is only a couple of minutes walk or drive to nearby shops, restaurants and central park. The Western Plains Zoo is a direct 10 minute drive. This complex has one pet friendly apartment.
Location 2:- A second complex of 4 townhouses in Young St, is only 2 km from the zoo and Dubbo's 27 hole Championship Golf Course and minutes from the river cycle and walking path which goes out to the zoo and just across the bridge into the CBD. This complex has pet friendly accommodation with a shared back garden.
Location 3: - Gipps Lane Apartments, one block back from the highway in central North Dubbo with Baden Park around the corner. They have 2 bedrooms with queen/King/2 singles, spacious living and secluded car parking. PropertyThe apartments are set in well maintained grassy grounds. A sunny front garden is perfect for that morning coffee, game of cricket or glass of champers in the afternoon. Clothes lines are tucked away at the back of each. The Ladies apartment is very popular and provides all those little extras the fairer sex appreciates. Two are pet friendly. They are just around the corner from a lovely park with water playarea, childrens playground and BBQ facilities.

The townhouses have various bedding sleeping up to 8. - Townhouse TWO has a European King (or 2 King singles) ins bedroom 1; European King & 1 single in bedroom 2, double sofa bed in downstairs living. Townhouse THREE has a queen in bedroom1 & 3 singles in bedroom 2; double sofa bed in lviing room.
A fold up bed & portacot are also available.
