SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. STILL SOME AVAILABILITY BUT YOU MUST MOVE QUICK TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
This very large clean double storey home is ideal for a family beach holiday - incl lock-up garage. Set on a large clear block with lots of room for cars, boats, jet skis and children to play in a fenced off property on a very quiet street. The kitchen is FULLY self-contained and caters for 10. Front balcony with gas bbq and amazing views of Authurs Seat. The home has two family rooms, showers and toilets(one on each level). Sleeps 10. 4 bedrooms = 1 queen, 1 queen, and three bunk beds (pillows and blankets provided - BYO linen). The house has all the comforts of home...incl. air-conditioner, heater, fans, fridge, microwave, washing machine, x2 TVs, dvd, stereo and lots more.
Approx. seven minutes walk and you are at the beach or shops. Also not far from the new Safety Beach Marina. You won't be disappointed. We are right on the border of Safety Beach and Dromana.
Feedback received has been fantastic. Some comments are: clean home, perfect holiday rental, close to beach and shops, spacious, and quiet location.
LocalityBe where all the action is this summer or just relax on our beautiful beaches and pass the time away. Both parents and children definately won't be disappointed. So close to a clean beach. Walk to local shops, great restaurants and cafes. Fishing and boat hire nearby. Carnivals and shows along foreshore in summer. Golf courses nearby as well as horse riding. Close to the new Fabulous Safety Beach Marina. Just over one hours drive from Melbourne. It's just too convenient to miss out on.
