Perched on the hillside of Dromana, this modest home offers a comfortable place in which to unwind with accommodation for 8. A/C in the living area. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and split system A/C units for year round comfort.

Master bedroom has a Q/B, A/C unit, walk in robes Bay Views and lovely look out to the garden, 26 inch LCD TV and private access to the deck and Semi-Ensuite.

The 3rd bedroom has a double bunk bed below (folds into a couch) & single top bed, and a single bed. A/C, ceiling fan & walk in robes.
The open plan living area consists of a lounge area with 50 inch Plasma with surround sound, DVD and VHS. Meals area seats 6, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to whip up a feast, including D/W, Micro, S/S 2 door fridge freezer with ice/water and the all important Wine fridge. The outdoor setting on rear deck can comfortably seat 8 * NEW BBQ is provided.

Locality

Dromana is the Gateway to the Hinterland, where families can be entertained at any of the Wineries, Berry Farms, Cheese Factory, Antique Centres or Maze Gardens and Tea Rooms, Peninsual Hot Springs and numerous Day Spas. A short drive to the Dromana 3 drive-Inn for a family night at the Movies or dine at one of many Café's.
Boaties can launch their boats at Dromana Boat Ramp or Safety Beach. Dromana is situated on the coast of Port Philip Bay and is protected by both Mount Martha and Arthurs Seat. Located only a short distance to numerous chic cafes and restaurants, trendy boutiques and clean beaches of Dromana Bay and walking tracks through National Parks.
