Once a Bookies Grand Stand at Flemington Racecourse Horton on Dromana Hill has been converted into a 3 bedroom beach house with loads of character and the charm of years gone by.

The only thing you need to bring is your towel, so just sit back and relax on the front veranda and take in the views of Port Phillip Bay and the night lights of Mt Martha.

Feed the local wild birds including Rosellas, Lorikeets and Parrots from the bird feeder on the front lawn.

Enjoy the 5 seater- spa at the end of a day of wineries, golf courses, hot springs and beach activities.

The backyard is fully fenced with a new 6 burner BBQ for outdoor entertaining.

Comforts include ducted heating and air conditioning.

Sleeps 10, with 2 king size beds (1 can be split into 2 king singles) and a beach bunk room that sleeps 6.

Features include polished floor boards, open fire place, outdoor spa area, built in sun room, large backyard, outdoor BBQ area, outdoor shower, separate sitting, lounge and dining rooms, outdoor eating area, book library, DVD library, fully equipped kitchen.

The rear two bedrooms have external doors which open onto the built in sun room.

Two driveways provide off street parking for up to 3 cars, or a boat.

The front terraced lawn is perfect for a game of Croquet or Bocce (both games are available at the house) , or if cricket is more your game the reserve opposite is perfect for a family match.
