100m to the beach. Boat ramp nearby. Enjoy a peaceful winter holiday at reduced rates.

Suit the family holiday at a safe beach. Plenty of off-street parking, including room for boat parking.

Close to shops, restaurants (walking distance), wineries, golf courses, craft shops, art galleries and many other attractions. Bus route nearby. Located at the foot of Arthur's Seat, where spectacular views of the bay can be had.

Will accept longer-term tenants requiring a fully-furnished residence for the medium term. Rent negotiable.
