Dragonfly on the Hill is a purpose built building which houses two self contained apartments. They can be leased individually or can be opened into one larger accommodation. Hearty breakfast baskets are provided as well as complimentary home baked goodies. The building, with its ability to accommodate either 1 or 2 couples, a family or group of up to 3 couples, is arguably the most flexible accommodation available. The building is divided into two stylish suites.

The Amethyst Suite is built for cosy comfort, with no compromise on style & quality. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a luxurious Queen bed, the other with a truly indulgent King sized bed. All beds are furnished with top line linen, & the King bed can be converted into 2 large singles to provide more options. For families with young children we provide stair guards to aid in parental relaxation! Come downstairs to the living area, sink into the soft leather lounge, indulge in some TV, or peruse our selection of books & magazines, DVD’s & CD’s. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals & the modern dining area is set in a bay window to take advantage of the restful views. The bathroom has a large corner spa to accommodate the family or as a perfect spot to sample some local wines. Outdoors is an entertainment deck, with a BBQ, large dining table, & patio heater, perfectly positioned for the beholder to be nature’s witness as the sun goes down.

The Garnet Suite is a superbly designed bed sitter of pure luxury. The finest linens adorn the Queen sized timber bed, nestled under a cathedral ceiling with soft mood lighting setting the scene. A sliding door opens onto a private courtyard with a wood fired brazier to snuggle up beside while a water feature trickles musically in the background. Oriental inspired doors lead into the bathroom with a shower roomy enough for two. Extensive use of unique & stunning stones throughout as well as superb quality fittings make this suite an absolute delight to the senses.

Perfectly located in the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, you will not only find yourself within easy reach of all the peninsula has to offer but also within grasp of the many other attractions of Victoria's South-East.

Many attractions within a couple of minutes including - Wineries, nature walks, ocean beaches, horse riding, art galleries, historic homesteads, beautiful bays, olive groves, Harley rides, berry picking, fruit orchards, local breweries & cheese makers, Arthurs Seat Chairlift, markets, sensational rural & bay views, cycling, mazes, fishing, bird watching & gourmet local produce & dining experiences abound.
