Enjoy the peace and tranquility over looking a Tasmanian Icon, Port Esperance and Dover Beach.

40 steps from the front door will see you step onto the white sands of Dover Beach, dip you toes in the pristine Southern Tasmanian waters.

This Cottage provides self-contained accommodation in Dover, Tasmania's south.

The delightful cottage lends itself well to couples and families with a Queen bedroom, a double bedroom, lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A third bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for additional children. There is ample off-street parking and a choice of wood or electric heating. The cottage was built in the early 1900s with additions in the 1950's. A being redecorated in 2010 - 2011.

Just a few minutes drive from Dover village, enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and supermarkets.
