Holiday house

Modern home in Sydney's eastern suburbs, ideal for the executive or larger family. Close to coastal parks and walkways. Less than 1k m 4 minutes by bus or car to Bondi beach, close to ocean and large parks. Bus stop 30 m from door, direct access to Watsons Bay and Bondi.

Separate entertainment areas for adults and kids, modern gourmet kitchen. Polished floor boards on lower level, carpet upstairs, home presents well. 4 flat screen tv's. blue ray dvds, playstation+xbox, kids play area. Kid safe home.
Heated swimmimng pool. Reverse cycle airconditioning. Gas bbq.

30 seconds walkt o to coastal walk overlooking ocean. Bus stop 20 meters from front door.

10 minutes to: Shopping centre, 3 minutes to grocery store and banks, 10 minuted from CBD by car. Suits family with kids

Back to base alarm and CCTV system. Cleaned weekly. Cleaning not incl in the nightly rate.
