Cottage, Holiday house, Fibro weekender

Waterfront Cottage is a modern self contained absolute waterfront property, tastefully decorated and renovated with comfortable furnishings including big screen TV, DVD, CD, stereo, VCR, ceiling fans in living and bedrooms and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. The main queen bedroom and all living areas face directly onto the waterway with floor to ceiling glass & a full length covered balcony with gas BBQ, expansive water views, jetty and direct lake access. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and there are 2 singles in the second bedroom. There are banana lounges for outdoor comfort and two outdoor dining areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, serving dishes, bbq utensils, tea pot, coffee plunger, dish liquid & cloths, tea towels, salt & pepper, and we also provide tea & coffee making supplies so you can make a cuppa on arrival. There's a second bathroom downstairs including 2 person luxury massage spa bath with water views.

Optional extras include private double boatshed bedroom, on-site outboard boat hire and late check outs can be available by prior arrangement.

Lazydays Waterfront Cottage is unable to accommodate your pets. We strive to keep the cottage in the best condition possible for all guests therefore adhering to a very strict pet free policy.

Lazydays Waterfront Cottage is located on Dora Creek, NSW just minutes by boat from the expanses of beautiful Lake Macquarie. A short drive to the towns of Morisset & Toronto. 1 hour drive north on F3 freeway from Hornsby area & approximately 30min drive to Newcastle. The nearest ocean beaches are about 20 minutes drive & it's about 30mins drive to Cessnock & the Hunter Valley Wine Region. Public transport available at the Dora Creek Train Station, trains run between Sydney & Newcastle, approximately 10mins walk from Waterfront Cottage.

Popular local activities & attractions are boating, fishing, cruises, water-sports, golf, Watagan Mountains, horse-riding, hiking, cycling, Morisset Mega-market, occasional steam train voyages. On site boat hire available at Waterfront Cottage for an extra charge.

Cottage Details

On your arrival you'll find tea/coffee making supplies, along with a few other kitchen essentials to make your stay more enjoyable. There's an iron & ironing board & hair dryer for your convenience. We also provide linen & towels for all guests booked & also supply basics such as tissues, toilet paper, washing up supplies etc.

Use of all waterfront facilities are at your own risk. There is a minimum 2 night stay throughout the year, 3 nights minimum at long weekends and weekly bookings only during Christmas School Holidays.

Specials throughout the year, please contact us for details. Weekend packages from $390/couple including spa bath. Two couples package $295/couple. Extra guests $30pp/pn, maximum 6 adults. Boat packages also available.
