Holiday apartment

This fantastic large 1 bedroom apartment is located high on the building's corner which offers superb views to the City, Etihad Stadium and the Docklands Harbour. It is close to many amenities (including Melbourne CBD, Southern Cross station, DFO shopping centre, Etihad Stadium, Parklands and Bicycle Trails, the Free City Circle Tram service, plus many more).

This is a quality 4 star apartment with SMEG cook top and oven, Stainless Steel bench top and fully carpeted.

It has a queen size bed (and futon couch in the living room) and linen towels is all provided. It is fully furnished (including wide screen full HD TV, dvd player, stereo and much more) and the apartment has access to an outdoor heated pool, spa, sauna and gym. Also inclusive with the apartment is 1 secured car parking space. Wireless internet is available but will incur an additional charge.

This apartment is comfortable, clean and a superb base to experience the wonders of Melbourne.

This flexible apartment is ideal for individual, couples and small families.
