The Digital Harbour building, otherwise known as Life.Lab, is a brand new 8 storey development on the Digital Harbour precinct at Docklands opposite NewQuay.

Designed by award winning architects Moull Murray, Life.lab is located on Harbour Esplanade by the waterfront edge of Digital Harbour, Melbourne's burgeoning innovation precinct.

Each apartment offers fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, dishwasher, hot plates, oven and microwave. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Most have small private balconies with limited northern city views. Secure undercover parking.

Life.lab is suitable for corporate travelling guests, the building has access to a communal boardroom and meeting facilities (needs to be booked separately).

Locality

Located at Digital Harbour Docklands, opposite the very popular NewQuay precinct where most of the bars and restaurants are situated. Without being in the middle of NewQuay, you can still experience the bars and restaurants that entails that precinct. In our soho apartments at Digital Harbour, we're able to offer our guests a lower priced accommodation, however without compromising quality.

The Free City Circle tram passes the door of the Digital Harbour building taking our guests to Melbourne CBD, along Harbour Esplanade with artwork "Cow up a Tree" past the NAB headquarters, new Myer building, new ANZ building, Lindsay Fox's Fox Museum, via the Mission to Seafarers. Hop off here and walk across the Yarra bridge to the new South Wharf DFO complex. Fab shopping.

Travelling back to Docklands through to Waterfront City and the new Icehouse, where HarbourTown shopping is a must. And then there's more to come.... the new Southern Star Observation Wheel will be re-erected.

Life.lab comprises 90 next generation office suites and a limited number of Serviced Apartments avaiable to corporate travellers and holidaymakers to Melbourne.
