This house sleeps 12 people comfortably.4 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms. 2nd lounge room can be used as 5th bedroom if needed. Has 2 huge main bedrooms with bay windows. Main bedroom contains large en suite with back to back showers.2nd bathroom is large and has big bath and also has back to back showers.
The kitchen is a quality kitchen consisting of jarrah wood cupboards. With granite bench top and splash back, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher.
Large sunken lounge room also has large billiard table, so great for those who like pool or snooker.
Outdoor decking has table setting to seat 12 people & gas bbq .
