Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

This sunny two bedroom unit is located right in the heart of Devonport's recreational district. It is in walking distance to the beach, the Mersey Bluff lighthouse, walking tracks, tennis courts, sporting grounds and playgrounds. Devonport's main shopping district is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

There is a double bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom. There is also a trundle bed available, so the unit can sleep up to five adults. Double bed and bottom bunk have electric blankets. A port-a-cot is available upon request.

The unit has a brand new bath (installed July 2011) with a shower over. There is a full kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. There is also a washing machine in the laundry.

The lock up garage has internal access.

The unit is conveniently located for Spirit of Tasmania passengers. For passengers on night crossings, we offer a guaranteed late check-out (5pm) or early check in (8am), for an additional $40. (This is provided the unit is not already booked out the night previous or the night after your stay.) If you would like this service, please let us know when you submit your booking request.

We service the unit before and after your stay, and are always available during your stay should you need anything. Linen and towels are included.

For the health and comfort of our guests, please note that smoking is not permitted in the unit.
