Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

This sunny two bedroom unit is located right in the heart of Devonport's recreational district. It is in walking distance to the beach, the Mersey Bluff lighthouse, walking tracks, tennis courts, sporting grounds and playgrounds. Devonport's main shopping district is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. A port-a-cot is available upon request, and there is also a spare mattress available for a 5th person upon request.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower over. There is a full kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. There is also a washing machine in the laundry.

The lock up garage has internal access.

The unit is conveniently located for Spirit of Tasmania passengers.

We service the unit before and after your stay, and are always available during your stay should you need anything. Linen and towels are included.

For the health and comfort of our guests, please note that smoking is not permitted on the premises.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DATE REQUIRED, WE HAVE ANOTHER APARTMENT IN EAST DEVONPORT WHICH IS ALSO LISTED (STEPHEN STREET APARTMENT).
