Avenue House, circa 1933,air-conditioned for your comfort, has been meticulously renovated and refurbished throughout with a modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The lounge area can seat 10 people comfortably on the large sofa. The dining area with its square 8 seater table, not only provides a great place to eat, but an area to relax and unwind before retiring to the lounge. There is further seating on leather stools at the island bench. The superb ultra modern kitchen,a magnificent feature of Avenue House,is fully equipped with a sink in the island bench, microwave, dishwasher, glass cook top,oven, large fridge and many small appliances.
The fully equipped laundry has a washing machine and dryer. On the deck there is a gas barbecue, and an outdoor setting and clothes line. All linen and crockery are provided and there are 3 TV's for your entertainment with DVD players, stereo ect., heating air-conditioning pump for your comfort in winter and summer.
Avenue House offers two Queen beds, each with its own ensuite and built in robes. The third and fourth bedrooms have two king single beds in each and built in robes. The double sofa bed provids sleeping for 2 persons in the living area.
Avenue House's main bathroom offers you a freestanding deep bath for a long relaxing soak at the and of your day along with shower,toilet and heated towel rail. All bathrooms have built in hairdryer.
On arrival we provide you with a complementary starter pack including beverages, milk, basic condiments and toiletries. All our linen supplied and is commercially laundered and extra towels are provided for longer stays. A weekly service is provided on the 7th day of each stay.
We have 2 large full HD LCD TV's plus 1 other.
