It features a roomy open plan living area giving you plenty of space while retaining its feeling of warmth with big comfy lounges and an open fireplace. The kitchen is a chef's delight with granite bench tops and all the requirements to whip up a gourmet feast or you have Leonard's Mill just down the road to do it for you. All the rooms of the house look out onto the wide verandahs and the lush gardens and the two large bedrooms both have modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Perfect as a couples retreat for a romantic getaway and well positioned to take in all the nearby sights on the Fleurieu, being five minutes to Rapid Bay or Second Valley and very close to Deep Creek National Park. Only ten minutes to the ferry, this is the perfect stop over to explore the rewarding peninsular when visiting Kangaroo Island.
