Holiday house

Holiday experiences - bird watching, bushwalking with magnificent views out to Kangaroo Island. from nearby Taliska national park. Explore the old Talisker Mine ruins only 2 kilometres away. Morgans Beach 5 kilometres away.With magnificnt sand hills, for the dogs to explore.Great fishing off Cape Jervis.

Romantic getaway or winter holiday. Pet-friendly and secure for them to run around the whole property.

Secured and private country property with native trees and one hundred year old stringy barks. The property takes advantage of the northern sun with big windows on both sides of the house.
Quality linen supplied and towels.Wine and chocolates to enjoy.
Only 5kms to Deep Creek Conservation Park with spectacular tourist attraction to the Blow Hole. There is plenty of secure parking space for cars/boats.

Always enjoy ourselves and our dog Remi has the best time at this holiday house. The garden is spectacular with
so many native flowers. M & T Barratt.

Locality

The Deep Creek Conservation Park is only 5kms away. The Heysen Trail is near by.

The Taliska Mine of buildings and old mine shafts are only 5 mins away and are very well signed with all the history of the area. Delamere is only 5 kilometres away and so is Morgans beach and Cape Jervous. Great for the dogs.

Golf courses at Victor Harbour 40 mins away and also the Lady Bay Links Golf Course 20 min away. Wirrina Golf Course is only 15mns away

Property

The property is very private and fully fenced. This is truly a place to relax and enjoy the country atmosphere with the sounds of native birds.The house takes advantage of the northern sun. Situated only about 1 hour 20 mins drive from the City. Some of the most spcectacular scenery that South Australia has to offer along the coast. It makes for a great Winter HOLIDAY for the family with the very efficent combustion heater. Spilt system for heating a cooling.Although the & queen double beds offer electric blankets you will find from the warmth of the fire you may not need to put them on. Tea and coffee are supplied and also a great range of different quality jams. An I pod speaker system. I Phone docking clock.One hundred old stringy bark trees and many native trees with the landscaped garden. Water feature at entrance.Bird seed supplied for all the native birds.Wood supplied for the fire.

The property is fully fenced with gate at front. There is one acre to run around and enjoy with a dog fence surrounding the boundary. Dogs are welcome inside and there is also a kennel if you wish. Mats are supplied for inside and towels for wiping their feet in the winter
