Absolute beach front studio on Dee Why beach - voted the best beach in Sydney in 2007.

Beachfront actually means beachfront with the constant soothing sound of the waves and the sight of children playing on the beach from the glass-fronted balcony overlooking Dee Why beach below.

The studio is newly renovated with a luxury 'Eurotop' queen-size bed, and a single sofa bed with an innerspring, not foam, mattress suitable for an adult. A portacot is also available.

The studio features a modern kitchen and bathroom as well as a TV and DVD player.

Dee Why is a magic location only two beaches up from world-famous Manly beach and connected to it by a bus service only three minutes walk away. The bus to Manly also connects to a harbour ferry service to the CBD.

Alternatively Dee Why has a direct 30 minute bus service to the Sydney CBD or a 5 minutes bus service to Warringah Mall shopping centre and cinema complex.

Long Reef golf course is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute beach walk past the birdlife of Dee Why lagoon.
Nature lovers can enjoy the varied marine life and birdlife on Long Reef rock platform at low tide or can walk the headland trail beginning outside the door.

A fenced children's playground, BBQ and picnic facilities are metres away and world-class restaurants are a three minute walk across the beachfront park.
The beach is wide, safe and sandy and patrolled by the famous Australian volunteer life savers.

Evening beach walkers will encounter a number of beach fisherman. The rock platform immediately below the unit is popular for rock fisherman and avoided by the intrepid board surfers surfing the 'break'.

The onshore breezes allow wind surfing, kite sailing, hang gliding or flying your own kite.

What better place for an unforgettable romantic holiday or just to chill out for a few days?

1 Absolute beach front - hear the waves!
As Elissa says: "It was so nice to wake up to the sound of waves and lorikeets. Wish we could have stayed longer.

2 World-class restaurants with free parking only a hundred metres away or a pleasant walk past children's playgrounds in the beachside park.

3 Wide glass-fronted balcony overlooking the beach with views across the park to Dee Why lagoon and the golf course in the distance.

4 Cliff top walking tracks with occasional whale watching. Walk the beach to the golf course or savour the marine life at Long Reef.

5 Luxuriate to the sound of the sea in a luxury pillowtop queen-size bed and enjoy the comfort of a newly renovated living area and bathroom.

6 Modern kitchen featuring a gas cooktop and oven, microwave and full sized refrigerator and freezer. Watch TV or DVD from the bed or sofa.

7 Children's playground, picnic area, BBQ, and wheelchair accessible surf pools are only metres away. Free off street parking for your car.

Security doors on either side of the apartment allows you to enjoy the cooling sea breeze with safety and privacy.

"We loved this unit - right on the beach - with a view of the beach from the balcony. We listened to the waves each evening, putting us to sleep. The unit had all the amenities we needed - kitchenware, nice bathroom - easy to shower after a swim, small but plenty of room for all our stuff and more, quiet, laundry room close by, parking spot. Even on warm days, there was a pleasant breeze. And the water and beach were lovely."
