Cottage

The Stoney
has the luxury of being set overlooking the Wombat State Forrest with all the comforts you will require to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet of the country.
Hollow Log Stoney is charming, comfortable and well appointed. It is a romantic Castlemaine stone and slate roofed cottage. The Stoney has everything you need to relax and leave the cares of the city behind. Do you envisage yourself in front of a log fire looking out at a beautiful panorama? Close to town and excellent restaurants you can have the best of both worlds with quiet and solitude and fabulous wining and dining.
You may even wish to explore the fabulous bush walking tracks around the property

Locality

The Stoney is just 5 minutes from the centre of Daylesford. You can enjoy the countryside and have fabulous food and coffee at your finger tips.
You will wake up overlooking farm land (and in winter the kangaroos) and lots of bird life. Great for you to bring your dog too. There are dams for your dog to swim in too.
If you are into walking there are fabulous tracks as your walk out the door into Wombat State Forest.
