Cottage, Holiday house, Holiday unit

Ideal for large groups and families sleeping up to 8 persons. It has a spacious backyard suitable for children, and has been well fenced off for privacy and safety. The backyard also has ample space to park many cars eliminating security concerns.

A self contained, cottage with 4 bedrooms: 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a double bunk in the 4th bedroom. All beds fitted with electric blankets and fresh linen provided. Living room with sofas, TV, surround sound theatre system, DVD, stereo, CD player and open fire place. A growing collection of DVDs, appropriate for children and family viewing is provided. There is also a retreat area, including additional comfortable sofas, second T.V with remote control(BYO game consoles eg.PS3, XBOX etc) and toys for young children. Some infant accessories are provided.There is a fully equipped kitchen including microwave.

New gas hot water system, providing you with continuous hot water.

Board games for all ages are also available for your enjoyment.

The perfect haven for relaxation and unwinding.

"Our group had a fantastic stay at the Ottoman. The location is great, just down the road from the centre of Daylesford. The house has four different rooms for guests to stay in, the house was very clean, tidy and well maintained. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with, I had no problem with payments or return of bond. Would recommend as an excellent holiday house."

*Jubilee Lake: a short stroll from Ottoman Cottage, where you can take in the greenery and clean fresh air.

*Lake Daylesford (The Lakes): a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Enjoy beautiful views, a large lake, great picnic facilities including electric BBQ area right by a well fenced off playground children will love. You can also go fishing, hire canoes, boats or paddle boats from the Boathouse. Perhaps, sit down for a meal or coffee at the Boathouse Restaurant, enjoying the views over the lake. Lake Daylesford has the renowned Mineral Springs, where you can taste the mineral water that is unique to the area.

*A well equipped Town Centre: with various stores(incl. video library, pharmacy, supermarket etc), cafes, Al Fresco dining and take-aways & many pubs and bars(including a jazz bar).

*Treat yourself to a trip to the renowned Hepburn Spa, for sheer relaxation. Enjoy a spa, sauna or a massage. Or don't leave the cottage. Arrange for a mobile masseur to come to you!

*Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens: only minutes away. Experience amazing gardens, picnic area and also a lookout tower for beautiful views over Daylesford.

*The Convent Gallery: a MUST for all visitors. You will enjoy the art & craft of locals and be amazed at the art work on display. A restaurant, set among the beautifully maintained gardens also provides a relaxing setting for a meal.
