"Itsaws all there for you to enjoy. Full kitchen, entertainment, great warm fire, beautiful surroundings, very friendly hosts. My 2 husky dogs had an absolute ball. Also so close to my favourite town Daylesford. It has been the best place we have taken the dogs so far and the most relaxing. And the small little touches were wonderful. "

"Very comfortable and welcoming, particularly enjoyed all the fresh food that was provided (home made bread and fresh eggs) and the extra touches such as champagne and other treats.

The lit fire was also very much appreciated as we arrived on the coldest day for a year, yet we were soon sitting comfortable in shirt sleeves. The kitchen was well equipped, and generally we appreciated many unexpected comforts in the cottage and the large TV ( the world cup-football was on at the time!). Very comfortable for two couples

We would particularly recommend this place to anyone with a dog, the exercise yard was terrific as we otherwise would not have let our dog off lead. It was also great being able to have our dog inside (she is small) given the weather whilst we were there.

We also enjoyed the view over the garden and forest from the windows and porch and the opportunity to walk directly from the cottage.

"I cannot speak highly enough of Hollow log, the service, care and attention to detail for human and dog guests was simply amazing.
The fabulous doggie exercise yard was wonderful for exercising and having doggie dates with the other guests.

I enjoyed the gorgeous little cottage with the wonderful Ned Kelly stove. Simply heaven."

"Very warm welcome on arrival. Cosy and comfortable accommodation with a very tranquil view over the pastures and forest. Some nice little luxuries such as a bottle of wine on arrival, port and chockies, lollies for the kids and even some doggy treats. We all enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to return."
