Florida Beach House has the following facilities,
- 4 Bedroom (1x Double Bed plus ensuite,2x Double Beds & 1x Queen Bed)
-1 Bathroom
-Open plan living & kitchen areas with reverse cycle airconditioning,dishwasher & microwave
-TV / DVD
-Washing machine / ironing board
-Gas BBQ & rear patio with plastic outdoor chairs & table
-Double auto garage
-Fully fenced rear garden with lawn
-Outside sink for fish/crab cleaning
-Ample frontage parking for vehicles/boat

In addition a bond of $300.00 is required and upon departure we will refund this amount once the property has been inspected.
