Designed for the tropics with wide verandahs and louvred windows, it consists of a well equipped kitchenette with microwave, tea & coffee, en-suite with bath and an outside al-fresco garden shower. Features include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fridge/freezer, widescreen TV, DVD player and DVD library.

Locality

Knuckey Lagoons comprises of four lagoons and are the closest freshwater wetlands to Darwin, situated approximately 12 km south-east of Darwin city. During the wet season the lagoons fill and join together to form one large water body, covering an area of approximately 100 hectares. The lagoons are a major breeding area for the Terrirory's abundant birdlife. Crocodylus Park, a world renounded crocodile research centre and wildlife park is only 2 minutes away.

Property

Set amoungst tropical gardens on an 8 hectare (20 acre) property on the outskirts of Darwin with uninterupted views over Knuckey Lagoons, the villa is positioned so guests are afforded the ultimate in peace and privacy. A shady barbeque area and private swimming pool overlooks the lagoon.
