Grungle Downs offers gusts true territory hospitality and is an idyllicplace tounwind in absolute comfort and seclusion. The Lodge has 4 spacious bedrooms all with their own specila outlook and are complemented by both a private sunroom and a large guest lounge complete with library, cable television, bar and kitchenette with fridges,microwave and tea making facilities.Guests are free to enjoy the seclusion of the property taking in the gardens, horse paddock and an abundance of local birdlife.

Locality

Situated on 5 plus acres just 10 minutes from Darwin, Casuarina and Palmerston. This counrty residence is in comfortable walking distance to the the renowned Tourist attractions of Knuckey Lagoon and Crocodylus Park.

Property

The Property also boasts a seperate cottage that is family and pet friendly and is located approximately 100 metres away from the Lodge.
The back of the property backs onto a reserve which is the catchment area for Holmes Jungle and the Leanyer wetlands both favourite birdwatching haunts.
